What do you like best about Hiver? I like the options to send, unassign and close my emails all with the ease of one button. What do you dislike about Hiver? That there are days when the system is down and it might take a few minutes or an hour or more to get it back up and in all that time you are weeding through All Mail to find what you have and don't have. What do you like best about Hiver? I like the Notes feature. And I like that you can claim an email or assign it to someone else. What do you dislike about Hiver? I wish Notes that tagged one person specifically were somehow pinned to the top of the notes section. I also wish you could have some notes pinned to the top so they don't get lost in the opening/closing of emails. "Great concept, but incomplete features and lack of support keeps us looking."
What do you like best about Hiver? The best part is that our entire team can see ''shared' emails, and jump it at any time. No need to CC anyone. We can all just always see the whole thread. What do you dislike about Hiver? Support is slow. The replies are there, but they are rarely able to solve the problems. Usually the bugs get blamed on Google. Or we are asked to recreate it showing video, screenshots, etc. Unfortunately we don't have time to help troubleshoot, all we can do is describe ...

What do you like best about Hiver? What I love about Hiver is its easy integration with Gmail. The ability to communicate with team members and discuss on the side of an email before somebody answers really helps us keep a strong image and unified policy. It makes my day much more organized since I am able to select the work that I need and neatly view only those emails which I need to act on. What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver has changed the way our team operates our main company inbox. Emails are clearly assigned to team members, and all members have access to any email thread which is added into your Hiver folder. What do you dislike about Hiver? What do you like best about Hiver? I love being able to add notes to emails that have not been closed. Also the snooze option is helpful. Many times I've forgotten to respond to an email and there is a reminder for it that gives me the option to dismiss or nudge. What do you dislike about Hiver? When there is more than one user and if the email doesn't get moved right away, a response can be sent twice. There should be a read receipt of some sort to show that someone has already accessed ...

"Very fast and helpful service"
What do you like best about Hiver? Im using the trial of Hiver and had a support question. They got back to me within half an hour and we solved the issue. I was very impressed with the quick service What do you dislike about Hiver? Mobile app needs some work. Would like to have ticket numbers What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Combine both personal email an helpdesk in one app.
