The ability to communicate with team members and discuss on the side of an email before somebody answers really helps us keep a strong image and unified policy. What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver has changed the way our team operates our main company inbox. Emails are clearly assigned to team members, and all members have access to any email thread which is added into your Hiver folder. What do you dislike about Hiver? Many times I've forgotten to respond to an email and there is a reminder for it that gives me the option to dismiss or nudge. What do you dislike about Hiver? When there is more than one user and if the email doesn't get moved right away, a response can be sent twice. There should be a read receipt of some sort to show that someone has already accessed ...
