"Hiver used in a team setting"

What do you like best about Hiver? Ability to send messages to other in the team, ability to assign emails to individuals. Warning message when another member of the team is responding to an email. What do you dislike about Hiver? The search function only searches within specific folders rathen than the whole inbox (even if emails have been closed). What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Shared working, quicker response to emails when a member of staff is away.

"Created teamwork within our email so we can divide and conquer "

What do you like best about Hiver? Really like how we can assign tasks, and put notes to the person doing that tasks so they don't have to bother the original person. What do you dislike about Hiver? Overall smooth, once in awhile have to relogin. Would like to see the "shared" emails and the "direct to the person" emails all in the same inbox, as have to jump back and forth at times. What do you like best about Hiver? Simple management of multiple inboxes. Allocation of emails to different people What do you dislike about Hiver? Nothing to dislike! It wokrs seamlessly and updates quickly What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? We have 2 inboxes (one for contact and one for direct sales) Hiver allows us to easily sift through multiple responses and orders whilst allocating them to the right people in the business with ease
