What do you like best about Hiver? Great visibility of shared mailboxes enabling teams and improving upon GSuite collaboration. What do you dislike about Hiver? Mobile app could be improved. "Hiver has revolutionized the way my team and I communicate and execute our email workflow."
What do you like best about Hiver? The easy, seamless Gmail integration and UI, and the ability to communicate effectively with the sidebar, having timestamped events as well. What do you dislike about Hiver? I wish the mobile app was more intuitive and also had better synergies. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? With immense email traffic at our company, Hiver helps distribute workload very effectively.

"A Learning Experience "
What do you like best about Hiver? It's easy to once and helps me keep my work more organized. What do you dislike about Hiver? can't think of anything i currently don't like. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Organizing files, assigning projects among colleagues, being able to separate personal emails from business emails. I feel the like the possibilities could be endless.

A functional platform that simply works
PROS: All in all, Hiver is a functional and well thought-out tool. It's able to integrate seamlessly with GMail. It fosters enhanced productivity by means of information sharing and collaboration. Asdie from its label-sharing capabilities, I like its shared templates since it puts all shared company e-mail templates in one convenient location. What do you like best about Hiver? We have been using Hiver for over two years and it has completely transformed how our team manages email workflow in our shared inboxes. What do you like best about Hiver? We have a multiple high-volume inbox environment with multiple users working in each inbox. Without Hiver, we would constantly be working over each other and duplicating our efforts. "Incredibly useful for managing a high volume group inbox"
What do you like best about Hiver? As a manager I love having the ability to easily see who is responsible for an email and what action has been taken by looking at the notes and assignments history in the Hiver side bar. I also value the analytics and automation functionality provided by Hiver. What do you dislike about Hiver?
