What do you like best about Hiver? All of my colleagues are up to date and are on the same page when Hiver'd in an email. What do you dislike about Hiver? Sometimes I don't get the notifications. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping customers more efficiently.

What do you like best about Hiver? It is very easy to assign important emails to my coworkers and get rid of other unimportant emails. The ability to have multiple Hiver inboxes and transfer emails between them. Can add notes with an assigned email. What do you dislike about Hiver? Sometimes uninstalls my chrome extension. "Great CRM for those who have never used a CRM!"

What do you like best about Hiver? I love how easy Hiver was to set up! We had used several CRM's before this and it felt like it was a day of training for my staff who had never used a CRM before. With Hiver it took about 5-10 minutes for even our least technologically advanced staff. The chat support is super fast if we have a question. What do you dislike about Hiver? The only downside is it doesnt auto-archive from my personal inbox when I close a ticket. But thats not super hard to ...

What do you like best about Hiver? The technical support really is unparalleled. We subscribe to many different services (GSuite, Dropbox, Slack, O365, to name a few). The support from Hiver is by far the best and most responsive. What do you dislike about Hiver? They still need a mobile app that supports templates and search. I'm told that's coming.
