"Great shared mailbox experience"

What do you like best about Hiver? Truly collaborative mailbox experience, brings Google Docs-like collaboration to the inbox. What do you dislike about Hiver? It would be nice to define "teams" or assign items to multiple users. In most cases, it's best for one user to "own" the ticket, but there are some cases where oversight and input from multiple users is important. Sometimes this means browsing through another user's tickets which is a bit more time consuming than if you were able to ...

The notification that you have been logged out not being clear enough What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? When team members are away, there work can still be completed

"Amazing Gmail solution"

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver is so easy to use! It's great to have the ability to have multiple 'group' email addresses and they all come into separate folders so you can time block your day. I love the function of writing notes and then putting it back into another person's name, and the ability to draft response emails- it has made training staff so much easier! I'm looking forward to sinking my teeth into the SLA & business hours function. What do you dislike about ...

"Changing the Way We Email"

What do you like best about Hiver? We've been using Hiver in our organization for around 3 years. We love being able to have side conversations and being able to collaborate on a response before sending it to a client. What do you dislike about Hiver? I can't really think of anything I don't like! I do know that if there is an issue and our system is down (which is SUPER rare), we notice immediately, as it's such an integral part of our communication system. Recommendations to others ...

"Invaluable tool for my business and team"

What do you like best about Hiver? We use specific shared labels on almost every email thread. The email collision detection is also a great asset What do you dislike about Hiver? There's nothing in particular I dislike! What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Shared labels ensure that no relevant team member is left off a thread. It's also a great way to bring a team member into a thread without having to actually send an email!

"Great for tracking!!!!"

What do you like best about Hiver? When working from a shared inbox, it was really cool to be able to "assign" it to yourself so no one else worked on it. As well as, working from home, it was great to show our productivity! What do you dislike about Hiver? I have no complaints at this moment. There is nothing I dislike about it. Recommendations to others considering Hiver: Really impressed with how it works already, keep up the good work! What problems is Hiver solving and how is that ...

"Better implementation of 'shared inbox' than Groups for Business"

What do you like best about Hiver? Integration with Gmail and the ability to use as a project management system that staff is willing to USE. What do you dislike about Hiver? Occasionally disconnects/deauthorizes from Gmail and requires a re-login. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? We are not required to run a separate application and leave our Gmail screen in order to stay on message. My team is able to communicate in more ways than Gmail/Gchat -- now GHiver.
