What do you like best about Hiver? You dont need to access to another app, you can access to hiver in Gmail, it makes it very handy. What do you dislike about Hiver? Honestly, nothing! I think everything works as it should. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? We can improve the company service, by helping each other out in a faster way. You dont need to switch to another helpdesk. You can always see if a request has been solved or not.

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver helps arrange emails in my inbox and keeps things tidy and stops anything from becoming overwhelming. What do you dislike about Hiver? Nothing! Hiver can close emails that I do not need sitting in my inbox which keeps the emails I really need in my inbox simple and easy to keep track of.

Once we switched to Hiver our share mailbox management was like night and day.
