"Hands down the best solution for shared Inboxes"

What do you like best about Hiver? 1. ability to assign emails to team members 2. being able to communicate via notes on a single email.. This is much more efficient than the old way of multiple emails back and forth. One note on an email that every team member can see . 3. CSAT feedback and email analytics - for easy tracking your teams progress and productivity. What do you dislike about Hiver? 1. It is a little pricey but this is money well spent if your company gets more than 50 emails ...

"Hiver trumps Keeping any day!!"

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver is like the Porsche of shared mailboxes, we used keeping for a while and it just isn't worth it. Once we switched to Hiver our share mailbox management was like night and day. We can leave each other easy visible notes, alert each other of task changes, write part of the email and draft it for someone else to finish. What do you dislike about Hiver? The shared labels are not as useful as we had hoped, they are hard to manage and don't do the same ...

"Great tool that drives efficiency while utilizing team email"

What do you like best about Hiver? Our function utilizes hiver to allow full visibility into the emails we receive at team email level, and assign the emails accordingly. It helps us quite a lot as the visibility portion is really helpful and makes "lost track in email chain" a lot harder than traditional team email setting What do you dislike about Hiver? There's no option to remove email chain forever, and the automation feature has room for improvement. Currently I can set automation to ...

"Hiver has greatly improved efficiency and visibility"

What do you like best about Hiver? I like the ease of use and how it easily integrated with what we were already doing but helped improve our process. What do you dislike about Hiver? The biggest downside to the visibility is when I want to do an email search it is no longer limited to my own emails. Now there can also be benefits to that level of visibility (obviously), but the downside is when you are hoping to find something quickly, you know how that many more emails to sort ...
