What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver is like the Porsche of shared mailboxes, we used keeping for a while and it just isn't worth it. Once we switched to Hiver our share mailbox management was like night and day. What do you like best about Hiver? Our function utilizes hiver to allow full visibility into the emails we receive at team email level, and assign the emails accordingly. The biggest downside to the visibility is when I want to do an email search it is no longer limited to my own emails.
