What do you like best about Hiver? I really like that Hiver can work right in your inbox in Gmail. There are other apps that can work within the gmail interface, but this one is the best I've found for letting users maintain their usual workflow without leaving the inbox. Their customer support is quick to reply. The analytics are also great for a birds eye view of your business. The mobile app is indispensable when on the road. What do you dislike about Hiver? This is much more efficient than the old way of multiple emails back and forth. One note on an email that every team member can see . 3. What do you like best about Hiver? Really easy to keep track of what has been actioned and what i still pending. Using tags also allows us to search for emails more accurately and document what topics pop up most regularly. What do you dislike about Hiver? The analytics tool is not always very accurate.
