"Collaborative Tool"
What do you like best about Hiver? The ability to access quick template emails for common questions. What do you dislike about Hiver? Some emails get lost in strange places or appear where they are not supposed to. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? We have the ability to triage issues and send them to the right staff member to fix.

"Easy to setup, great basic feature set."
What do you like best about Hiver? Setup was done in a couple minutes and it's doing exactly what we want it to do What do you dislike about Hiver? Advanced features are hard to discover an automated report would be great! Recommendations to others considering Hiver: use your trial period! What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? We use hiver as a basic shared inbox and the ability to assign emails to people within that inbox.

What do you like best about Hiver? The Customer Support Team of Hiver is excellent. They treat every company large or small like you are the #1 priority. What do you dislike about Hiver? It's so good I want to integrate it more with other apps I use. More integrations is all I can ask for. "Hiver is sluggish"
What do you like best about Hiver? The archiving is good enough. I like being able to see past emails. What do you dislike about Hiver? Very sluggish and cumbersome to use. I wish it was easier. Recommendations to others considering Hiver: I would say look for a different solution. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to see old emails.

"Hiver has been fast and helpful."
What do you like best about Hiver? The organization of the platform has been helpful. What do you dislike about Hiver? Some times there are lag and freezing issues. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Before hiver my department had cap limit for the emails in the company email box but with hiver we are unlimited.

"Managing Shared Inboxes are a breeze!"
What do you like best about Hiver? The ability to set up automatons and the analytics feature allows for mealtime snapshots of what is going on. What do you dislike about Hiver? The Snooze feature was removed for Hiver. Hiver explained that it was dropped because GMail had added the feature. The Gmail snooze is nowhere near as easy to use as the Hiver version. "Great AP Approval System"
What do you like best about Hiver? We instruct all our vendors to send invoices to the box shared with Hiver. As an admin, I review the invoice only upon approval I assign it to the correct person. There is to tag a user and leave notes for him / her notes are for internal use only not viewable by the sender of the email What do you dislike about Hiver?
