"I never want to go back to the old way..."

What do you like best about Hiver? I thought implementing Hiver would be a pain and take days or weeks to get up to speed and to get team buy-in. Nope. We implemented in an afternoon and were fully deployed with team buy-in by the next business day. "Sets my organized mind at ease!"

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver has really improved my productivity and has taken away the stress I often feel related to my Inbox. Everything is now so easy to find. "Good piece of software to simplify team work and save time."

What do you like best about Hiver? It works organically with gmail, supports keyboard shortcuts, automations is a great feature to save up time. I like that it uses gmail labels to organize everything, so we can setup multiple inboxes based on hiver labels etc. What do you dislike about Hiver? If I had to say something, I'd say that in a few RARE cases when the email contains a large width image the side panel gets in the way hiding the action buttons. "Great tool, easy to use and train others to use."

What do you like best about Hiver? I enjoy how intuitive it is to use, it is really easy to pick up on and train new employees on so we can dive into working on tasks rather than battling with an inbox. What do you dislike about Hiver? Occasionally, the hiver inbox disconnects from Gmail and needs to be readded. What do you like best about Hiver? I like the ability to fwd emails to my team without needing to capture and send each memeber individually. What do you dislike about Hiver? I struggle a bit with hiver on my phone. I prefer using it on my desktop. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Communication ease for billing, plans and general office items.

What do you like best about Hiver? I love how seamlessly Hiver integrates into Gmail. It enables us to continue using Gmail to support our customers without using yet another inbox and separate applications, so it's a huge advantage. Their customer support is also top-notch. What do you dislike about Hiver? I don't think there's anything I dislike. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Hiver allows us to use Gmail as a help desk platform.

What do you like best about Hiver? The ability to access quick template emails for common questions. What do you dislike about Hiver? Some emails get lost in strange places or appear where they are not supposed to. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? We have the ability to triage issues and send them to the right staff member to fix.
