"5 Star experience for Hiver"
What do you like best about Hiver? Allows my organization to be more organised with out emails. What do you dislike about Hiver? It can be a little laggy sometimes but it isn't a big issue. What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver helps our team co-manage our support email inbox. It's easy to use and learn, and we run a heavy volume of emails through it. What do you dislike about Hiver? "Hiver is exactly what we needed"
What do you like best about Hiver? I love that my team and I are all on the same page with who is taking care of what and when it is completed. What do you dislike about Hiver? I have had a very positive experience. Even though it works with gmail, it was a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. Just give your team time to get the hang of it. It's pretty user friendly! "Big upgrade for your Gmail"
What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver let us to convert our gmail into a customer support tool. On our company, each department has their own group email address, and all the members of the department receive the email for the groups they are in. Before using Hiver, we were answering emails put ourselves in copy (the group email) so each member of the team were informed. Then, each member needed to review and archive emails or their inbox. "Keeps us organzied!"
What do you like best about Hiver? I love being able to type notes in the side bar that I can share with my team. Makes it easy to stay organized without a bunch of forwarded messages that can get confusing. What do you dislike about Hiver? Every once in a while a draft email with get lost. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Collaborating on projects is super easy. We are able to share feedback on drafts and check each others work easily.

"Great collaborative tool for our small business"
What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver is really simple to set up, allowing a small team to collaborate in a shared inbox while also having their own inbox. What do you like best about Hiver? It's very helpful to be able to leave notes and tag team members quickly. Sharing drafts across the team also helps with collaboration on issues. What do you dislike about Hiver? Sometimes a draft I've been working on for a long time will move up somewhere random in the email thread or disappear completely. "Labels and Shared folders improve support efficiency"
What do you like best about Hiver? Reducing the length of email strings. We can "tag" one or more of our team to view the email inquiry without forwarding or exposing to the client. What do you dislike about Hiver? We don't use the notes as much as we should but would help if the team were notified individually. What do you like best about Hiver? Excellent tool to manage your work-load emails, sort by priority, and assign to other teams What do you dislike about Hiver? Cannot mark notifications as unread, hope this is fixed soon. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? With the outstanding amount of issues/requests submitted to our inbox, we have managed to increase our service score by assigning the correct team to each need of our clients.

What do you like best about Hiver? My team of three uses Hiver to efficiently provide customer service and handle all incoming PR and collab inquiries. As the owner, my team often has quick questions for new/unique customer questions, and Hiver allows me to quickly be in-and-out of Gmail to give guidance to my team on how to move forward.
