What do you like best about Hiver? Back to basics! I like that it is so simple to use and has the features that are necessary too run a smooth helpdesk operation. "Using Hiver for 3 years"

What do you like best about Hiver? It morphs Gmail into a fully functional support helpdesk that makes it easy for my team to manage emails. What do you dislike about Hiver? Sometimes it can take awhile to load emails with very long threads. This isn't entirely Hivers fault though. Having a fast cpu and connection will help speed this up.
