What do you like best about Hiver? My team uses Hiver to respond to emails we receive to a shared Google Group. Prior to installing Hiver, we had to CC that email on our responses for visibility, but human error easily led to dropped threads. Hiver enables visibility by default and quick collaboration. What do you like best about Hiver? It is great for us communicating internally with the team. It's easy to assign tasks and be able to write the other team member a note without the client seeing the info. It allows us to give specific direction on each email which is awesome. It also gives me, the president a high level quick view as to which tasks/emails are outstanding as you keep them open until they are complete.
