"Does the job"

What do you like best about Hiver? Helped us sort out our team box - assigning emails is helpful What do you dislike about Hiver? It feels quite clunky and emails seem to disappear at times. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Before we were all in the box or none of us, now one person assigns as needed.

"An Essential Must Have Tool for Gmail (Group Emails)"

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver gives high versatility to use group emails and the feature to assign an email to your team member, track resolution/response SLA and automation to assign emails or mark resolved is very helpful. "Helpful Collaborative Inbox Tool"

What do you like best about Hiver? When we were still open (currently closed due to pandemic), Hiver was a huge help to our Box Office staff in managing a shared inbox and keeping track of who was taking care of each patron. It also allowed our staff to pass patrons back and forth as needed, and communicate on the side of messages without risk of patrons getting copies of our internal discussions. What do you like best about Hiver? Being able to assign team members and then have it assigned back once a task is completed. What do you like best about Hiver? Ease of use: it plugs into gmail so hardly any training needed. We are small and do need a ton of features in a help desk solution like Jira. The tagging and statusing features are simple but work well! What do you dislike about Hiver? Only supported by Chrome, my staff uses other browsers as well and I am having to browbeat them into using Chrome.
