What do you like best about Hiver? There are several products that supposedly offer a CRM/group mailbox/ticketing system within the gmail framework. What do you like best about Hiver? The ease of being able to assign work to myself or my colleagues. I also like being able to have conversations with colleagues. What do you dislike about Hiver? When a colleague is OOO it is somewhat difficult to manage their work. I am unaware of any OOO features with Hiver that transfer assigned work to other coworkers. What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver is really great at sharing emails between a set group of people. It allows all members to see the email, assign it to someone and have them say its open, pending or closed. I work in an IT company, and we used to sometimes accidentally double reply to a client because we didn't know who was going to help them.
