What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver allows a team to use a group email box in Gmail much more efficiently than through the default Gmail experience. You can assign emails to individuals, track status, and view/respond to team emails from your personal email box. It also partitions assigned emails from the main box, which helps reduce clutter. What do you like best about Hiver? integration with google gsuite and gmail What do you dislike about Hiver? cost. it's expensive, and there is too high gap of cost between different profiles, i mean 1 inbox and 15 inbox.. "Huge help for GMail teams"

What do you like best about Hiver? Very easy integration with Gmail, simple concept that's easy to learn and overall helpful features. Love collision control and leaving notes that definitely stay as internal notes or add internal links etc for easy reference. What do you dislike about Hiver? What do you like best about Hiver? Easy to use, rapid learning in 10 minutes hotline is very responsive, bugs come from G .....;) What do you dislike about Hiver? Analytics can not display more than 6 months on graphs Recommendations to others considering Hiver: Don't worry, the Hotline is there. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? No more wasted time, work is distributed among each collaborator more easily, even in shifted working time

"Great for team emails"

What do you like best about Hiver? Being able to assign emails to an individual with an option to add internal notes about the email What do you dislike about Hiver? New emails do not always go to top of intray What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Avoids having the same email duplictated in each team member's individual intray. Can see if an email has been handled by teammates so avoids duplication of work and emails being missed
