What do you like best about Hiver? I find Hiver as an incredible tool for organization, where you can get notified of any task or instruction. What do you dislike about Hiver? It allows our team members to collaborate easily and quickly within a single space versus forwarding emails, etc. It has improved the overall lifecycle time of our customer interactions. We use Hiver daily and it was an extremely easy solution to switch over to. Hiver's support has been invaluable and so helpful. What do you dislike about Hiver?
