"Great for small teams looking to share emails"

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver is very easy for assigning emails to colleagues whilst allowing for easy access to all the shared emails if necessary. The ability to add notes to emails is great and Hiver integrates seamlessly into Gmail. The support team are also very quick to respond to any questions you may have. What do you dislike about Hiver? What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver makes it really easy to assign email to a team member. No emails are lost ! What do you like best about Hiver? The ability for all subsequent emails forming part of one conversation to be assigned only to the team member handling the issue is terrific! Cuts out all the time spent reading emails intended for another team member, just to determine if it's for you. What do you dislike about Hiver?
