What do you like best about Hiver? Great flow of information. Prompt Notifications. What do you dislike about Hiver? Seems to slow down Gmail. "Very organized and useful tool"

What do you like best about Hiver? I appreciate the ease of maneuvering through hiver. The email template tool is a lifesaver! What do you dislike about Hiver? I dislike that sometimes there is a glitch where emails may not come through at certain times, or are delayed by the program. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to solve customer service issues in every way. It's beneficial to be able to group emails and assign them accordingly.

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver is very easy for assigning emails to colleagues whilst allowing for easy access to all the shared emails if necessary.
