"Makes day to day work much easier"

What do you like best about Hiver? It's easy to use and keeps everything organised What do you dislike about Hiver? The difficulty of organising Gas Certs.. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? By using Hiver, I am able to keep on top of reported jobs and almost use it as a diary to plan my days.

What do you like best about Hiver? I love using Hiver assigning things to people whos attention it needs is one of my favorite features What do you dislike about Hiver? sometimes it hides certain emails im looking for or assigns it to the wrong person, but an easy fix Recommendations to others considering Hiver: just stay on top of things that you leave pending What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? less emails & faxes get lost in the inbox

"Easy to manage multiple incoming emails"

What do you like best about Hiver? I like that if an email comes into my direct email and I can assign it to another email to organize what I need to work on and what doesn't. I like how we can label the emails. The ability to send and close the email when replying is a great tool that is very helpful. What do you dislike about Hiver? No much that I dislike about Hiver. "Nothing is perfect, but this is VERY GOOD! Recommended."

What do you like best about Hiver? Works as described - Works as Gmail should already work. Shared inbox, shared tags, assign emails and as the assigned work flows, reassign, close etc. You can keyword search in the Hiver notes using the gmail search tool... very very key for us! It was our solution to working from home during quarantine. We will continue this process. What do you dislike about Hiver? I would like to batch change more than qty limits allow at this time. "Great Help Desk Tool"

What do you like best about Hiver? Cleary identfying the status of a ticket and who it has been assigned to is our favorite feature. The interface is user-friendly and easy to use. We also use Hiver's automation feature to auto-tag and auto-assign tickets. What do you dislike about Hiver? The only downside to Hiver is you cannot yet assign tickets to multiple people (e.g. groups/teams, etc). What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? "Hiver Review"

What do you like best about Hiver? It is easy to work with while I'm doing my voicemails and callbacks for owners. Once I'm done all I have to do is close it and it's gone. I love it and highly recommend it for businesses. Another thing I like is that I can tell what managers are sending me VM's because of hiver and it gives me a sense of knowing which makes me happy. "A great and efficient organizational tool for customer support"

What do you like best about Hiver? For a multiple-person team, it allows us to manage the support inbox on time, keep up with when and who are answering emails, keep up-to-date records about tricky inquires, and use email templates with dynamic fields. It's made my role more cost-effective and enjoyable for a sometimes stressful task. What do you like best about Hiver? The functionality and easy transition between messages and reading threads is my favorite aspect. Hiver makes it easy to follow along with long threads and find attachments easily. What do you dislike about Hiver? Nothing! Hiver is great and is always working exceptionally. A time saver that with great functionality.

PROS: There are so many things to love with Hiver. For one, I'm able to make pre-made templates. This saved me a lot of time. I can finally share the same project my team is currently working on. I can share certain templates for specfic people, which means relevant individuals can be included into the list whenever new members of the team join in. I truly believe that Hiver is never a waste of money and resources.

PROS: One of the things that made me decide to work with Hiver is their support team's efficiency. They have always got my back whenever I experience issues in handling bulk emails. Also, I can easily see each email's status from my inbox without the need to open the contents. If I have questions, it allows me to start a conversation or leave notes, so the matter gets addressed right away.
