What do you like best about Hiver? Just the smoothness of being able to tag emails with different tags and then being able to search things that way. Makes my life so much easier. Hiver keeps my staff accountable for their tasks and responsibilities.

PROS: I don’t have to feel stressed out whenever I look into my office email inbox because Hiver is there to help me organize all incoming emails. It just takes me less than an hour each day to reassign emails to my team to have a head start on the concerns that they have to work on for the day. What do you like best about Hiver? I like that you can write notes directly to your colleagues in an email so that they can review them without actually adding them to the email. I also like that you can also leave notes for yourself within each email. What do you dislike about Hiver? SLA violations being given on emails you sent that are assigned to a specific mailbox afterwards. What do you like best about Hiver? I work on a team of about 10 people, and we have one main email that we give to clients, customers, etc so that we don't give our personal emails out.
