What do you like best about Hiver? We can collaborate with speed on any email that was sent to our inbox. What do you dislike about Hiver? I can't really think of anything that I dislike, the software just works well. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Hiver? Very simple to use, intuitive. Hiver takes the complexity out of email-based customer service/tech support. It's very easy to assign emails and chat/collaborate with others on your team. The tagging system and status options on tickets give you a clear picture of what's being worked on, by who.
