What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver has allowed my team to coordinate on PR efforts for large campaigns that require organizing and responding to many different contacts from many different media outlets. Delicate campaigns are much easier to deal with using Hiver, as our entire team can see emails and respond to them much more quickly. No more forward chains or missed messages. What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver makes it very easy to manage team inboxes. We do most of our work out of these inboxes and our notes, email chains, etc., are always easily accessible and organized. What do you dislike about Hiver? Sometimes Hiver automatically puts a stray email in the wrong inbox. It will also self-correct itself, but at times I have noticed that. When you have hiver, there is an increase in transparency throughout the team and gives you the ability to collaborate on projects or assist with emails that would otherwise go unanswered. You are not able to clear your emails. You can close it but it doesn't leave your list. What do you like best about Hiver? I like that Hiver sorts your emails into relevant folders which can be shared between colleagues. It makes life far easier to find relevant information and automatically files your emails once. Especially useful when you forget to forward emails but instead, it can be searched in the folders. What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver has made organizing our group work email so easy. It's user-friendly so anyone can use it. I love that you can assign an email to any of your coworkers, and you can also access any of your coworkers' emails which is convenient when they are away from the office.
