What do you like best about Hiver? Increased transparency, collaboration, and accountability. Helpful CSAT and Analytics features. Works right with GMAIL What do you dislike about Hiver? "Hiver completely transformed the way my sales team works with incoming mail."

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver allowed us to switch from one shared inbox (and all of the drawbacks this brings) to separate accounts while still being able to access all of our mail. It's easy to get started What do you dislike about Hiver? - Don't send an auto-reply to system-generated messages arriving at a group inbox - If a person has a shared inbox and a mail is sent CC to group inbox, the user doesn't get the mail in their inbox. - Threaded messages required - Doesn't support Gmail app, requires an additional app for group email on phone - Nested tags not supported What problems is Hiver solving ...

What do you like best about Hiver? Functionality added in my existing gmail inbox. What do you dislike about Hiver? Nothing much of dislike as of right now. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Helpdesk related, sharing inbox with multiple people etc

What do you like best about Hiver? It's really easy to use and you can split the emails up with the team easily. What do you dislike about Hiver? For some reason there was an issue with the verification of my email address in the beginning and we had to contact support and get on a call with them. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Multiple clients and managing their requests.

What do you like best about Hiver? It is pretty user-friendly. Hiver reaches out in the beginning to make sure you're comfortable and understand how to use everything. What do you dislike about Hiver? The downside is Hiver doesn't always work on my iPhone super well. I will sometimes not get notified of important issues I need to take care of. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to more effectively distribute work now since tasks can be assigned.

What do you like best about Hiver? Makes filing and sharing emails between colleagues incredibly easy. What do you dislike about Hiver? No real negatives; folders can take a while to load when first shared. This can be a problem when working to deadlines or trying to find emails whilst on the phone/conference call that have just been shared. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? No real problems ecountered

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver organises our emails making navigation easy and simple What do you dislike about Hiver? There a very rare cases where some emails end up being linked to two folders. But again very rare, and not too much concern. Recommendations to others considering Hiver: May not be a hiver related item, but when labels get too big, it's difficult to see the whole label.
