What do you like best about Hiver? I like that we can easily assign emails to coworkers. What do you dislike about Hiver? So far I'm very satisfied with Hiver so I don't have any dislike. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? We are getting multiple emails from partners and it's good that we can assign those emails to the relevant coworkers.

What do you like best about Hiver? How organized it is, I can keep track of all my emails and even create templates to quickly send follow-up emails. What do you dislike about Hiver? Nothing so far, I have enjoyed the app and it has not given me any trouble. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Was difficult to keep track of all your emails within Gmail, with hiver you can organize them into different folders and get the emails straight to those folders.

We receive emails constantly from clients and our old workflow would require siloed responses. What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver is a great tool that allows you to collaborate with your teammates on an email behind the scenes without replying and forwarding responses and therefore adding unnecessary pages to your email thread. There is also a bell that sits right at the top of your email inbox that notifies you when someone responds to you or asks a question to you in Hiver. What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver is very easy to use. With assistance when you need updates and troubleshooting. What do you dislike about Hiver? Hiver sometimes hides the agent status drop-down menu. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? It resolves my number of calls since it offers a graph.

I can not think of anything bad about the Hiver service at all. I have not run into any issues that I had to report like other software we use.
