What do you like best about Hiver? That you can see emails that other team members sent. What do you dislike about Hiver? The right to left for templates is unstable and can be edited only by source. What do you like best about Hiver? I really like the integration inside GMAIL Platform. This approach helped our organization to implement and use the solution quickly. In our organization, we have many shared mailboxes with at least five people acting on them. With Hiver we could better manage all the demands very easly.
