What do you like best about Hiver? Their email templates tool is great, especially if you have to copy and paste the same email over and over. What do you dislike about Hiver? What do you like best about Hiver? The team are incredibly quick to help with any issue, and work on it efficiently until fixed. What do you dislike about Hiver? It can be a little slow e.g. when adding and removing tags. The little notifications which appear e.g. confirming you have closed an email sometimes get in the way of you seeing/ clicking on other emails, and seem a bit unnecessary. What do you like best about Hiver? The ease of assigning tasks and notifications when something is back in my inbox. What do you dislike about Hiver? The mobile version needs major improvement. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Assigning the right emails/tasks to the right people. Workflow has definitely improved.

What do you like best about Hiver? Easy to use, ticketing feature, email template. What I like best is its feature where the team can easily manage shared email accounts. In our company, we do have 5 shared emails. But Hiver resolves it to integrate all emails thru 1 app. What do you dislike about Hiver?
