What do you like best about Hiver? The team boxes have been very useful to keep up with what each of us is working on and avoid duplication. The Hiver email templates are great! What do you like best about Hiver? Using shared mailboxes in Gmail isnt very easy but when I started using Hiver it streamlined the process and allows our team visibility over incoming client emails very easily. The email templates are also a game-changer, they have improved our processes and I couldnt imagine sending emails without them. Their customer service has been great as well. Hiver does have some settings that may not make sense in the beginning, but their support is very helpful in navigating to the settings you need. "Great service for managing day to day emails"

What do you like best about Hiver? Being able to leave notes between teammates What do you dislike about Hiver? Not being able to find emails after marking pending or closed. I wish when selecting 'pending' that the invoices still stayed in the general box until completed What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? I like the option of closing an email but going back to find later if necessary.
