What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver is the perfect solution for a group email situation. Having hiver in the same UI of the Gmail inbox makes it so easy! What do you dislike about Hiver? Hiver occasionally just logs out, and you have to re-login. But my Gmail also does that, so I don't feel like it's a specific hiver issue. What do you like best about Hiver? I like the fact that you can keep the tickets within the same workspace as you general email inbox. It's fast to learn and train new employees on. "A Great Tool for Teams"

What do you like best about Hiver? The platform is excellent for teams that need to collaborate and share email access. What do you dislike about Hiver? The analytics function is tricky to figure out. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Better coordination amongst team members sharing the same email address. It's been much easier to organize ourselves and assign team members to specific emails.
