"Easy to use!"

What do you like best about Hiver? I like that Hiver is easy to navigate. I don't have to dig to find what I'm looking for and it's very user-friendly. What do you dislike about Hiver? I don't necessarily like the auto-assigning feature. I'm sometimes assigned emails from inboxes that I don't check often. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? We're able to quickly look up resident emails that interface with our own system and it's easy to locate those accounts so we ...

"Efficient and Simple"

What do you like best about Hiver? Connected to email so I can move from personal messages to custom ones. Great stuff! What do you dislike about Hiver? I don't like that I can sort the incoming emails from oldest to newest. I also wish there was a chat version of Hiver so I could use that with customers too. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving problems with incoming customers. Benefits include simple minimalist design and sorting features.

"Pretty Simple"

What do you like best about Hiver? It's fairly easy to navigate and find what you need. What do you dislike about Hiver? There's a bit of disconnect when trying to find emails when already assigned to someone, but overall really good service. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? It's easy to manage emails and divide the work up, and not too hard to deal with where things need to go.

"Easy to use!"

What do you like best about Hiver? Extremely easy navigation and allows for your emails to have efficient organisation. The tag feature allows for email queries to be solved much easier and faster. What do you dislike about Hiver? Once a ticket is closed in a certain inbox, it reopens if you get another reply. There should be an option to close the ticket regardless of if another reply is received. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Efficient and organised ...

"Great software, simple to use!"

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver is the perfect solution for a group email situation. Having hiver in the same UI of the Gmail inbox makes it so easy! What do you dislike about Hiver? Hiver occasionally just logs out, and you have to re-login. But my Gmail also does that, so I don't feel like it's a specific hiver issue. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Having a global inbox that our clients can communicate with our team makes life so much easier. With ...

"Easy to use!"

What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver integrates so well with G-mail, allowing us to pull multiple inboxes in together to take care of our customers. What do you dislike about Hiver? It is difficult seeing everyone's responses in the "Sent" folder and not only seeing emails that only you have sent. Recommendations to others considering Hiver: If you have multiple inboxes that you need to pull together to have it all in one place, and need to keep it organized by being able to assign it ...
