"good tool for optimisation of emails"

What do you like best about Hiver? tagging people // define urgency of email // What do you dislike about Hiver? Nothing to be sincere. I believe hiver is a well rounded tool. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Organising my email per client and per account.

"Hiver has truly made our lives easier!!"

What do you like best about Hiver? Not only is it straightforward to download and implement, but it is also effortless to use. As our team grew, it was no longer efficient for multiple team members to log into one inbox. Thanks to Hiver, we were able to assign specific emails to certain team members and just manage the workload so much better! We no longer have to worry about missing important deadlines because we are always on top of all the emails! What do you dislike about Hiver? I can't ...

"Good in parts, can be difficult for beginners"

What do you like best about Hiver? The allocation of emails/ tagging funciton is good for our teams so that emails are owned to certain departments! What do you dislike about Hiver? I find it can be challenging to find certain emails in the inbox, due to the Conversation function of Hiver. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? It's a nice function to have for group inboxes. but is it an absolute game changer for our business? Not at the minute

"Makes teamwork far easier!"

What do you like best about Hiver? We have much better control and traceability of our emails, allowing us to better follow up on enquiries/sales/after-service and allocate tasks to colleagues. What do you dislike about Hiver? When a started email is minimised and you are working on other emails, the send to address changes. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Better tracking of emails and less room for error

What do you like best about Hiver? Since using Hiver the experience has been great arranging emails and being able to assign them to me. I can work on those personally. What do you dislike about Hiver? I can't think of anything I do not like about this program. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefit is having over 1,000 emails and being able to sort them and assign to other people.

What do you like best about Hiver? It was easy to navigate. I was able to customize my inbox to work with how I would be able to navigate. What do you dislike about Hiver? I have not seen anything I do not like about it so far. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? It was able to let me move between inboxes to answer the emails promptly.

What do you dislike about Hiver? Once a ticket is closed in a certain inbox, it reopens if you get another reply. There should be an option to close the ticket regardless of if another reply is received. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Efficient and organised ...

When it resets and I don't realize that I have to refresh to get back to my info. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you?
