"Great and simple ticket system for our small IT Department!"

What do you like best about Hiver? The best part of Hiver is how simple it is to use, as well as the ability to set different "TAGS' for different types of issues that come up. Also, a great way to assign various tasks/tickets to other users! What do you dislike about Hiver? Hiver will occasionally log you out, which will require you to log back in. But other than that, Hiver does not have anything that I can dislike about it. Keep it up Hiver! Recommendations to others considering ...

"Awesome Product"

What do you like best about Hiver? This keeps all of my items separated into the folders that we need to access. Easy to view what tasks remain open and what is pending waiting for an answer. I love the ability to leave notes for my collegues on individual emails. What do you dislike about Hiver? Currently, we are limited to 5 sub folders under a main folder. I would like to see this opened up for more subfolders in the future. Sometimes its required, so we have to combine items into ...

Better tracking of emails and less room for error

"Really easy to share emails within our team"

What do you like best about Hiver? Very helpful for a team now working remotely. We can decide who needs to answer what email, and once answered the same person is able to keep track of their conversation with the customer. What do you dislike about Hiver? One of the downsides that I experienced when we first switched over, was getting used to not sorting emails into folders. However tags has replaced this so no bother. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Asking ...

"Pretty Simple"

What do you like best about Hiver? It's fairly easy to navigate and find what you need. What do you dislike about Hiver? There's a bit of disconnect when trying to find emails when already assigned to someone, but overall really good service. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? It's easy to manage emails and divide the work up, and not too hard to deal with where things need to go.

"Easy to use!"

What do you like best about Hiver? Extremely easy navigation and allows for your emails to have efficient organisation. The tag feature allows for email queries to be solved much easier and faster. What do you dislike about Hiver? Once a ticket is closed in a certain inbox, it reopens if you get another reply. There should be an option to close the ticket regardless of if another reply is received. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Efficient and organised ...
