It works well with our current email provider as well as Google Mail, which is incredible.
PROS: Our team started growing thrice its original size early last year, so we decided to collaborate with Hiver to help manage all incoming tasks. Now my staff has been trained to use the app and reassign emails without me telling them what to do. It’s a handy app, especially now that 70% of my staff work remotely due to the pandemic. CONS: It can slow down on peak hours, but things will go back into normal after an hour.

"Very simple to use"
What do you like best about Hiver? It is very intuitive and easy to use compared to other ticketing systems What do you dislike about Hiver? that you cannot really separate the email search when using it with Gmail. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? We can organize the type of tickets in our shared inbox.

"Great customer service"
What do you like best about Hiver? Great customer service and onboarding process. We have a team of 3 and Hiver is great for us. What do you dislike about Hiver? Not sure. What do you like best about Hiver? Since we have been using Hiver. We have had the best support possible. Anything issues or request that we occur. "High effiency use Hiver"
What do you like best about Hiver? Use hiver to filter email like Email subject, email sender, and assign to different people, make our work easy. In the past, we need to read over all the email and then forward it to the right person, but hiver can do that automatically. That is the best practice I got from hiver. What do you like best about Hiver? We can assign incoming emails from the field to the correct person with the necessary talent to solve. What do you dislike about Hiver? Would like more sort options on OPEN tagged items. For example, I search because I want to see open tasks for me, but it shows all tags since the beginning of time - even closed ones.
