"Great experience"
What do you like best about Hiver? The best feature is that emails are assigned to me directly. This saves my time and I don't have to sift through thousands of my emails to find the relevant ones for me. What do you dislike about Hiver? I receive emails that aren't relevant to me sometimes. However, I can easily see the ones that are relevant through the assigned emails feature. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? I can receive emails relevant to my work that is ...

"Excellent customer service."
What do you like best about Hiver? I contacted them; they made a zoom appointment with me. They fixed the problem remotely and efficiently. Very happy with Hiver and their team!!! What do you dislike about Hiver? nothing, I really like working with Hiver What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? The program needed to be deleted and reinstalled. The Rep logged onto my computer remotely and fixed the issue in about 10 min. Very efficient and easy to work with. Thank you Hiver!

"We couldn't do it without it!!"
What do you like best about Hiver? I think the best thing is being able to communicate with my coworkers without having to actually forward the email. Or maybe it is the fact that when someone in our group is on vacation or sick, you know the whole team can help out. But maybe it is being able to see when another team member starts replying to the email. What do you dislike about Hiver? I really don't have any complaints. When I first started using it, it was hard to understand what it was ...

"Great way to stay organized!"
What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver is a great tool to assign (and re-assign) tasks among colleagues, keep track of what everyone is working on, and organize the workload. I particularly love the chat feature, which helps discuss that specific email thread; personalized Tags help categorize the emails in a visible way to the entire team (and not just to yourself, like in regular Gmail). In my company, each client is handled collaboratively among colleagues, so Hiver is great is keeping ...

"An Organization Lover's Dream!"
What do you like best about Hiver? The ability to tag team members to find an email in question quickly and efficiently saves time for everyone involved. It is truly a useful tool, that every remote business should look into. What do you dislike about Hiver? There is genuinely nothing I dislike about Hiver. There sometimes can be multiple tags that can be assigned to an email if there are too many different Hiver groups involved, but these can be deleted as needed, could be a cleaner view ...

"It made easier to track all the emails that we handle everyday."
What do you like best about Hiver? The most helpful is creating categories for the emails that we receive. It is easier for us to track the emails. What do you dislike about Hiver? The only thing I dislike is when there are times that I accidentally close some emails, and I have a hard time finding them again. Recommendations to others considering Hiver: They should use hiver. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? We have benefited from organized email. New emails ...

"Great email tool for small teams"
What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver brings clarity to inbox management, especially in cases where there might be many stakeholders in the same team who need to see and respond to a particular message. What do you dislike about Hiver? There is little to dislike - the system is simple and built into Gmail functionality. If I was looking for a more advanced tool, I might want a user interface that serves more unique needs, but for now, the simplicity delivers all I need. What problems is ...

"Very simple to use"
What do you like best about Hiver? It is very intuitive and easy to use compared to other ticketing systems What do you dislike about Hiver? that you cannot really separate the email search when using it with Gmail. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? We can organize the type of tickets in our shared inbox.

It works well with our current email provider as well as Google Mail, which is incredible.
PROS: Our team started growing thrice its original size early last year, so we decided to collaborate with Hiver to help manage all incoming tasks. Now my staff has been trained to use the app and reassign emails without me telling them what to do. It’s a handy app, especially now that 70% of my staff work remotely due to the pandemic. CONS: It can slow down on peak hours, but things will go back into normal after an hour.
