What do you like best about Hiver? I love that Hiver is built into Gmail! I already am very familiar with Gmail, so learning Hiver was very easy! What do you dislike about Hiver? I wish running reports was possible on the Hiver plan that our team has. Guess I will just have to upgrade to get access to Hiver's analytics! What do you like best about Hiver? The reminders! This feature has saved my bacon more than I care to admit. What do you dislike about Hiver? not much.... What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver is an excellent product to use; it keeps our whole office organised, when it comes to emails and sharing the workload. What do you dislike about Hiver? What do you like best about Hiver? I absolutely love fact that I can archive an email out of my inbox, but still access it in Hiver. In the sales industry where I work, there's always quote, order, and tracking emails flying around, and I often don't have time to get to all of them in a timely manner, which means prioritization is a vital skill. What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver is simple & easy to use, customer support is also outstanding. What do you dislike about Hiver? What do you like best about Hiver? The availability to assign emails. There have been times when multiple people need involvement on an issue, where this platform shines.
