"Great site but has some things to improve"
What do you like best about Hiver? My team and I don't actually use Hiver they way they intended us to use it. We don't assign emails to any specific team member and only use the share inbox (unassigned) to respond to clients. This way all of our emails will come to and from our support email and if a client replies days later, someone will be able to take care of that email in a timely manner (even if it was not the original team member that sent the first email). What do you like best about Hiver? We can send emails on behalf of email aliases. What do you dislike about Hiver? When onboarding new people I have to go to each shared inbox and add them individually. I have asked why this is - as it would be much better if I could view all inboxes at once and simply check those that I want to allow access for that person. What do you like best about Hiver? A really great tool. A full-on ticket system within Gmail that really makes support easy to manage. What do you like best about Hiver? I LOVE that I can handle tickets within Gmail. I switched after dealing with Freshdesk then Zendesk. Both a very clunky, the ticketing email threads they create are completely unnecessary and annoying, not to mention long and confusing to customers. Sorting tickets is super easy. "Simple and convenient email collaboration tool"
What do you like best about Hiver? I love the seamless integration with Gmail. We use so many other software programs at our Company that I was hesitant to introduce a new one for email collaboration. When I found Hiver, I was excited that we wouldn't have to. "An effective way to unify workgroups, improve information flow and provide better support"
What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver has amazing qualities for all work teams and brings a lot to problem solving and communication with customers. Its use as a ticket manager is extremely good and effective, it has worked well in my organization, plus the fact that work teams can set up a shared email inbox keeps the group in better sync, much less information is overlooked and improves response times; I love that Hiver can help us with all of this. What do you like best about Hiver? The level of customization allows us to adapt quickly as our company grows. We rarely have issues with the program, but when we do their tech support team gets us back up and running quickly. What do you dislike about Hiver? I have zero complaints.
