What do you like best about Hiver? Great and easy way to collaborate for our teams. Simple design with an intuitive interface allowing all users to grasp easily and use. What do you dislike about Hiver? It would be good to have an option for the pending emails to be always visible in your main inbox. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Hiver? The expansion of capability within gmail, and the transparency created between users with respect to email communication between our clients and my team. With HIVER inbound emails to specific email addresses create "Tickets" right inside of Gmail that allow anyone assigned to that inbox to take ownership, respond, and chat with team members about the email if additional support is needed to respond. What do you like best about Hiver? Ease of sharing one inbox and not over stepping each other What do you dislike about Hiver? Sometimes the counts are off but they resolve it quickly What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to have multiple people in one inbox allows us to respond to customers faster.

What do you like best about Hiver? The company I work for started integrating Hiver about 3 weeks ago. I LOVE it! Each one of my team members has given stellar feedback to me as well. What do you dislike about Hiver? Minor bugs and find myself having to refresh the page on rare occasions What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Their support team is very responsive and great

What do you like best about Hiver? I love the fact that I can use the @ tool to write a not to someone internally without writing a formal email. What do you dislike about Hiver? I really have no complaints with Hiver. It has made my day to day much smoother. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Hiver has made it easier to interact internally with colleagues about customer emails. No forwarding, just a ping

"Extremely flexible, perfect for any professional team"

What do you like best about Hiver? The fact my personal contact information stays anonymous while my team can always be contacted. What do you dislike about Hiver? Occasionally Hiver will slow down Gmail due to cookies and other sight data. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows our team members to go out of office without worrying of their emails going unanswered as the team can respond for them.

"My gmail is much easier to manage, it's easier to see through, and communicate with my colleauges."

What do you like best about Hiver? I can chat with my colleauges, I can assign emails to others, and I can write and use email templates, which makes responfding to emails much faster and efficient. What do you dislike about Hiver? It's quite expensive, so for a small company it might not be a priority to subscribe. Also, my pending emails dissapear from "Assigned to me", it would be better if there would be a seperate tab for closed, pending and open emails. What problems is Hiver solving ...
