What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver's easy-to-use platform helps me to stay on top of all my outstanding tasks in an organized manner, allowing me to complete all my deadlines on time! What do you dislike about Hiver? There is nothing to dislike at this time. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Hiver allows me to manage the numerous tasks I have daily and stay very well organized.

"Fantastic in keeping organized!"
What do you like best about Hiver? Super useful! It's been helpful in keeping organized by assigning action items to different team members within our company. Email tags and notes have been great for organization, too. What do you dislike about Hiver? It would be ideal if emails could be assigned to more than one person, which would help avoid unnecessary back-and-forth between team members. "Excelent product for large teams"
What do you like best about Hiver? I like how easy it is for my teams to use the shared mailboxes and the fact that you can set a specific status to an email. What do you dislike about Hiver? At the moment, I have not encountered anything I do not Like. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Email management for teams with multiple members.

"Must-Have for Multiusers Managing Shared Gmail"
What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver offers a Shared Inbox Management solution that's easy to use and manage for Google Groups. I like how I can separate emails going to the Groups vs my own work email with a click of a button. In addition, Hiver's support has been very fast, friendly, and helpful. What do you like best about Hiver? We used a unique mailbox to which all the technicians had access and chats. It means I couldn't have an overview of all issues and requests, usually more than one person working on the same problem, duplicated responses to the users...
