What do you like best about Hiver? The ability to write notes looping coworkers and managers in when needed. It's so helpful to be able to tag said coworker or management into emails where you need assistance, have some recognition, or where you want others to read through notes or acknowledge. What do you like best about Hiver? We love that we could keep our GMAIL but just add Hiver to help organize, assign and tag. There was little to no learning curve for users. The customer service has been friendly and always quickly available via chat. What do you dislike about Hiver? The only thing I can think of as a downside is: I want to be able to set availability hours for the Live Chat.
