What do you like best about Hiver? Keeping support questions in my own email, one less application to have to check daily. What do you dislike about Hiver? What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver lets us organize our shared mailboxes and distribute workload evenly. It's easy to set up and to use. It also let's us monitor our KPI and help us improve on service to our customers. It allows us to see the last conversation first on an email, which saves time when we don't have to scroll down through the entire thread. What do you like best about Hiver? Hiver allows you to be able to manage your business in a different way. Hiver provides detailed reports and allows you to categorize emails in different formats. being able to assign and tag people is great. What do you dislike about Hiver? What do you like best about Hiver? What I like best about Hiver is that we are able to assign it to any user and tag the user in the notes if we need to communicate something about the customer's email. What do you dislike about Hiver? If there's a long email thread, it's a bit difficult to follow. It's how Gmail was set up, so I guess we can do nothing. "Makes working with a team and sharing information simple and efficient"
What do you like best about Hiver? I like the ability to assign mails to team members and have the notes section attached to each mail. What do you dislike about Hiver? It would be nice to either have multiple people assigned to an email or to be able ot remove myself from notifications when I'm no longer assigned. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? How to share information among team members without losing track of emails.

What do you like best about Hiver? Email templates are the best thing about Hiver. I have to utilize this feature every day and makes it way easier to send emails every day for info that we are requesting. What do you dislike about Hiver? "It's been a great tool for my team."
What do you like best about Hiver? I love the email assignment and labeling the best. Also tracking notes within the email is very beneficial. What do you dislike about Hiver? It does tend to crash fairly frequently which causes us to have to reinstall the plugin. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? Email assignments to the team and tracking response times.
