What do you like best about Hiver? It is quite flexible and the fact that I don't see to use another platform to check and assign statuses to our emails. It can all be done via gmail itself. What do you like best about Hiver? Communications between my team, we can note/tag/assign emails without having multiple threads and forward emails that lose the thread. Truly amazing. What do you dislike about Hiver? Configuring can get complicated/complex, but Hiver is willing to help with that part. What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you? multiple email threads and communication between team members so we are not handling same email task at same time
