A great application for interdepartmental or complicated projects

The best project manager for busy teams

What do you like best? My team manages 20+ marketing projects at any given time, each with their own unique shapes and sizes. Hive enabled us to cleanly build and track projects, visualize project status and bottlenecks, and also (from a manager view) use analytics to identify which projects were taking us disproportionately more time than others. Easy-To-Use Team Management Application

What do you like best? It's very user friendly. Being able to jump from team member to team member or project to project in a matter of seconds is a game-changer. What do you like best? The ability to send emails right from the ticket. The various views to see how projects are coming along are fantastic. I can look at what my co-workers are working on and jump in to help if I have free time. The view of my actions allows me to handle my workload for the day more efficiently. Robust and cost effective project management solution

What do you like best? Hive is extremely versatile for any project management style. A single project can be viewed in a table mode, by task, stage, by flag, or in a Kanban-style. I've also found the Forms feature to be very useful in collecting input from numerous people without giving rights to directly edit tasks or projects. What do you like best? I like the ability to drag and drop projects and to track the time right in the action card. It makes everything very user-friendly. What do you dislike? When linking Google Documents, the app will sometimes freeze and not allow me to do so. I then have to restart the app and take a longer time to do something that should be very quick. Hive has been very easy to learn and it is very helpful with organizing my projects.
