Hive is well worth the investment!

What do you like best? The absolute best part of using Hive is the customer service, and the detail and level of commitment and engagement that Hive employees offer in customer service interactions. They can be contacted from within the desktop app itself, or via Hive's online platform, or by phone. Replies and requests are answered promptly and thoroughly, and with great care. Awesomely intuitive. Great updates. Super responsive.

What do you like best? Expanse of functionalities. There are lots of options for using HIVE. What do you dislike? I'd like a tutorial on all of the functionalities. I really like the beginning tutorial at the top of the page when you first start - but want more. I don't know how to use all the functions and want a quick easy way to learn them. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creation of systems and processes are awesome.

What do you like best? I like the flexibility baked into Hive. I've been evaluating task management software for almost 10 months now, and using Hive for about 50% of that. It is clear that the creators took the best of all the other project management and task management solutions, and then came up with innovative new ways to make it even better than the competition. Great product for task management and communication

What do you like best? Unlike other task management products I have used, I can attach files rather than sending as an email as a second communication. What do you dislike? I would wish there was a built in tutorial. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I really like the ability to have a recurring project. It helps us save time by not having to add subtasks each time and reduces the changes that we forget a step.

What do you like best? Love the integration between chat feature and the actions structure. What do you dislike? There is a difference in capability between the mobile experience and the desktop experience. Would like the experiences to more closely match. Hive Does Project Management & Chat Right!

What do you like best? Integrated chat and Google Drive. So many views and so much control to easily get to the exact tasks and projects and organize your day. For us, the ability to view by project right at the header is key. Great support team. What do you dislike? Nothing. This product works great for us. I'd like to see them make a list/search for alerts within task cards that receive @mention, but they are building so fast, I expect they will address it on their product roadmap. ...

Good for task tracking and communication

What do you like best? I like how Hive puts task tracking and a chat into one app. I really like how it has a calendar view, task status view, and other ways you can view tasks. You can make comments on tasks, or chat with each other in the team in the generalized chat. You can set recurring due dates and link documents. What do you dislike? HIVE helped allocated tasks on my team

What do you like best? HIVE helped our team stay organized and made sure each team member was accountable for their projects and tasks. What do you dislike? Sometimes the layout and people able to view other team members' calendars can be a bit confusing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Team organization and accountability. The benefits we've realized are increased timeliness, organization, and accountability.
