What do you like best? The ability to search for candidates and easy find and categorize them. What do you dislike? The background checks take quite a bit of time to complete. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Streamlining hiring by combining all major search engines into one place. What do you like best? Drug Screening background check ordering process What do you dislike? From an business owner's perspective, the service was more or less a waste of time and money. They set everything up and then get more out of you through "boosts." What do you like best? I love how I am able to keep everything organized. The interview and hiring process can be overwhelming sometimes but Hireology makes it so much simpler and it helps me make sure that I am asking the same questions of every candidate. What do you dislike? The only suggestion I have is to create additional folders so that I can organize candidates into Yes, No, and Maybe categories. What do you like best? The numbers tell all. The system is built to give a numerical rating to candidates post-interview. I love the interview guides and email notifications. Ability to communicate with other hiring managers within the system and store candidate notes within the portal. What do you dislike? I wish the tasks platform was better.
