Easy to use and quick setup.
What do you like best? The ease of use as well as the templates that are avalable. What do you dislike? The sales rep that we used was not the best. He used scared tactics as closing tools. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A quick tool to hold leaders acountable and organized with potential canidates.

Interace with the technology is clean. Ordering a background check is simple and the cost is fair.
What do you like best? Ease of ordering background check and turnaround time. It is a simple interface that allows you to enter the info into the system. Once check is complete, there is an electronic report that is returned. What do you dislike? Most of the functions I have used were a good experience. What do you like best? The reason for implementing Hireology at our dealership was to streamline all of our applicants into ONE platform. This has made the applicant tracking 100 times easier. What do you dislike? Our career site took a lot longer than expected to launch. There was so many different designs presented to us at first and once we selected ones we liked we were told they were upgrades. My experience with the career site team just wasn't the best. All you need and more
What do you like best? I love the extensive options in Hireology plus the way you can group and organize candidates. What do you dislike? Sometimes it’s several clicks to get back to where you want to be. After you’ve reviewed one candidate to get back to an overview. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organization and motivation to make the hire.

helpful source but hard time recieving good applicants on a budget
What do you like best? it was a helpful source. very easy to use and post What do you dislike? became very costly , and would receive applicants only upon going over budget What problems are you solving with the product? With lots of different types of independent contractors with different requirements, not having to write up a job description each time is great.
