Excellent

Excellent After I completed my profile following the suggestions made by Hired I started to get interview requests. I'm still waiting to hear back from the companies, but I already accepted their requests.

Love This Service so Far

An excellent job search service. I really like the set up process, and how they pair you with a coordinator who gives you a human touch, which is vital to me. So far this service is taking some of the pain out of the job search process.

Great but slightly tarnished service.

As an experienced senior developer, I just need to be put in front of clients and can take it from there. Hired allowed me to do that. However, I'd urge them to target their communications better - not everyone who's looking for a new role is in their early 20s. I understand overfamiliarity is the norm for the Instagram generation, but dealing with someone with years of experience like a first time teenage job hunter tarnished the product for me.

Hired is great (so far)! So good that the minor things stand out more.

Most everything about hired has been great. Yall clearly have done a bunch of UX research and tuning of the process. The overall experience has felt really good. The idea of showing interview requests with details, salary, etc, is a breath of fresh air. If you guys could partner with some service and seriously put a dent in the code test problem (omg i have taken so many code tests, hours and hours and hours and hours of work for nothing! Ive been building UI for 10 years, I know basic ...
