With hired I feel safe, I know no one will contact me without me wishing so, I feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole interview process. Hired offer free resources to help in each step, they also follow up after each interview to make sure everything is OK but they do that in a noninvasive way.

It's not clear what cities Hired has…
It's not clear what cities Hired has opportunities in. For example, I'm looking in Portland, OR but it doesn't seem like Hired has a big presence there. I wish I could see how many opportunities are available by city, so I have a better sense of what volume of interview requests to expect. I used Hired when job hunting in NYC before and had a better experience then!

Great website, but no activity.
The website is great, easy to use and smart. However, even if my profile is complete, with reasonable parameters, and in a job area that is fairly in demand at the moment, I have only been contacted once for a position that did not match my profile. On other platforms I am getting in touch with employers instead. I guess I was hoping to see more activity.

Great place to see great companies

Best Offers, Most Convenient
Out of a swarm of job offers, Hired provided jobs that were clearly much more aligned to my skills and interests than other recruiters seemed to be able to. The first offer I received on the platform ended up being a dream job opportunity for a company that needs my exact skill set - a match made in heaven.
