It's a really good service for those…
It's a really good service for those selected software developers who are accepted on the platform as it has gotten me interviews with companies who wouldn't have given me the time of day another job boards. I'm not wild about the assessment badges as you only get three tries or 72 hours to pass them otherwise they're gone for good. It seems unnecessary since getting onto the platform should be the bigger challenge than passing a random coding challenge. That sucks. But other than that I ...

Exceptional service from beginning to hired!
This is the first time I've used Hired, and this was during COVID, and the platform and team was exceptional. I felt supported with many resources, and had some of the best conversations with one of the Hired team members. I have been recommending this platform to all of my colleagues in the technical field. This is better than LinkedIn, and AngelVest, and other platforms I've used in the past.
