Hired is THE best option when searching for a job. It just makes sense. Company’s should be looking for you since they know what kind of employee they want. At the least it’s a great opportunity to get practice interviewing with various companies.

Amazing platform

Hired.com is an amazing platform. Since I found it in 2017, I got all my last 3 roles on the platform. It's very easy to use and all companies reply very quickly to messages. It keeps you engaged as a candidate by tracking your response time and this means that you usually get into interviewing very quickly. Each candidate also has a personal recruiter who they can get in touch with. I worked with 3 different recruiters on hired.com (the last being Claudia) and definitely they are flexible ...

Couldn't get the detail which i am interested in. I only got general answers. Besides, if i worked with recruiter directly, my interview process is much faster. And i can avoid some unnecessary steps.

I won't be afraid of job search again

Being out of a full-time job is stressful, employers did not want to give me an opportunity to prove myself. As soon as I created my profile on Hired I started getting traction from companies interested in reaching out. Not all of the requests lead to formal interviews, but I was glad to see the interest in my profile. What I loved was that the Recruiter/ Job Poster could request for a phone call and I could right away schedule it on Hired Calendar.
