Hired is interesting and sets itself apart from the competition

One of the more interesting aspects of Hired is that it doesn't feel like a free-for-all marketplace. The experience (at least so far) has been good—I've been connected with interesting companies, and I haven't felt I'm wasting my time, especially compared to other job-seeking services. The reason for not giving it 5 stars is primarily in the assessment section. Some of the practice tests have nothing to do with the section they fall under. As a frontend developer, I was sad to see some of the sections didn't have a javascript option, specifically debugging. The debugging section seemed to add other 'features' such as caching, which I feel should be in another area and not tacked on to debugging. Best job / talent platform I've used…

Best job / talent platform I've used thus far for Product Management roles. The profile questions are thorough and relevant, and the tips / benchmarks provided by Hired are super informative. Although you don't see the jobs and companies that are actively recruiting on Hired, it is nice to activate your profile and have a wide variety of companies reach out to you with relevant opportunities. 10 out of 10 would recommend, and have to my PM friends.

Unlike other generic job website such as indeed.ca, monster.ca, Hired focus exclusively on software development industry. This makes Hired a more efficient place at searching jobs and landing interviews in the software industry. One thing I especially like is that Hired has integrated online skill tests which would promote skilled candidate to the right employers.
