Hired is a great resource for veterans

Hired is a great resource for veterans. Hired does more than just publish job descriptions, they actually hold online hiring events!

Great Application

Great Application. It really saves time. i didn't have to scroll through hundreds of jobs applying to everything i see. It confirms what i think about my own skills. Having companies offer me the opportunity to interview for positions i feel matches me. I'm really happy I took advantage of what this site offers.

Very easy to use/set up

Very easy to use/set up. Companies approached me within one week of putting my details up. Lots of helpful reminders re: who I've applied to and when my interviews are. Will use again!

Hired - a very useful additional intermediary in the job market

Hired are a very useful additional intermediary in the job market from my experience. Hired pushed past my initial reluctance to fully engage and started looking for roles on my behalf. Net result was that I have received three invites for roles, two of which I would not have applied for had I seen the 'raw' advert. I know in one case this was a decision by a senior person in the hiring company, but my suspicion is that the ability to make this decision was facilitated, at the very least, ...

Great potential in the platform

Great potential in the platform. List of companies reaching out is pretty good, they are all legit big companies. Easy to schedule and communicate with recruiters. I would love to see a mock-interview option for candidates - where if I am interviewing for X company, then I can take a mock interview which is somewhat like X's interview

Hired is a great website for companies to approach you

Hired is a great website for companies to see genuine candidates and candidates see real companies leaving recruitment agencies out. But candidates can not apply to any companies on Hired because there is no way to see which companies are hiring on the site. I think there should be a way for candidates to see which companies are having vacancies.

Hired team reached out to me try their platform on Linkedin, I was looking for a new job so I registered. Recruiters from Microsoft, Paypal and startups reached out to me. Had interviews with them. Although I choose an offer that did not come from Hired, the experience was smooth. Did not have to go through the hurdle of applying to jobs daily. Easy to use interface.

Really great platform that allows for great communication

Really great platform that allows for centralised two-way communication between the candidate and the company. Also allows you to prove your skillset in certain areas through the completion of challenges, though there were some teething problems with them.
