The matching algorithm worked well for me
I found that the companies that I was matched with in Hired were significantly more suited to my recent experience than other job search site I have been using. The interview workflow was also very good at connecting me to potential companies, organizing my interviews, etc.

Applying for jobs and sending out…
Applying for jobs and sending out resumes can be overwhelming not only on the candidate part but also it could create a lot of headwork for the companies to sort through 100s of resumes to find the relevant resumes. Hired.com is looking to remove this problem on both ends of the job application process. As a candidate, you make a profile on hired.com and let the companies look for you. I really love the concept.

Great platform
Hired has easy to understand and intuitive website, with lots of useful information. The process of setting up an account is straightforward, with good suggestions on improvement. Communicating with employees, setting up interviews is intuitive and simple to do. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend.
