Hired platform overall is very good
The platform overall is very good. 72 hour window for 3 attempts is too restrictive if the candidate doesnt have much time while doing their current job or doing other interviews. I think it should include a weekend so 1 week would be much better. Also I am not sure if Hired is known to all the established mid-size companies there as the interview requests seem to come mainly from Startups or the popular major companies

Had fewer responses on Hired, but the ones I got were very relevant. I got hired through Hired, so that’s great!

The matching algorithm worked well for me
I found that the companies that I was matched with in Hired were significantly more suited to my recent experience than other job search site I have been using. The interview workflow was also very good at connecting me to potential companies, organizing my interviews, etc.
